A Temple Worth Celebrating

A review of the fantastic 2021 employee gift and one of Ninjago's best temples!

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of Ninjago, seven golden minifigures were made and distributed in sets 71735, 71736, 71737, 71738, 71739, 71741, and 71753. Let me say, these are pretty cool sets for newer collectors, but for anyone with the original versions these sets, they felt like unnecessary duplicates. For those interested in a different (and more cost efficient) way to collect all 7, set 4002021, The Temple of Celebrations, is the answer. In addition to coming with all 7 golden figures, it also contained Misako, Santa Garmadon, and two serpentine. Sounds great all around, but the catch? It was never available for customers to purchase in stores or online and was released exclusively as the 2021 Lego employee gift.

If, through some miracle of the second-hand market you acquire one, there is no shortage of things to look forward to. From a dining space with room for 8 figures, to a dragon pulling a sleigh, and even a miniature version of the Ninjago City Gardens, this set has it all. There is no lack of things to love about this set and if you ever have the chance to add it to your Lego collection, I highly recommend you make the investment.

Welcome to My Website

I can't remember a time when I didn't love Legos. I never get tired of talking about Legos or of comparing notes with people who are as enthusiastic about building as I am (if that's possible). I hope this site serves as a resource and as a source of inspiration for kids just starting to build their collection, as well as for master builders whose shelves are as full as mine.
